Very prompt and dependable - I received a call back, Scheduled time to come out for an estimate and had a quote within days of contacting Richard. He was very professional, very thorough - after I received his quote I booked him to come back and he came within a week. They washed the roof and it looks fantastic! Not only did Pollywog do an awesome job cleaning the exterior of my home, there was great communication from booking through completion. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, arrived on time, and did a very thorough job of explaining things to me and completing all the work with care. In addition to the house wash, they cleaned a very distressed wood deck, dirty skylights, leaf filled gutters and removed all the mold and mildew off of the concrete driveway and walkway. I had a few areas of the house that needed some special attention due to some maintenance concerns, and they were very careful to perform their services while making sure to accommodate my special needs.
